Tdo5 16g turbo do I need a restrictor in my oil feed

Hello all just put all my car bk together started it etc once primed oil etc but can't remember if I need one as oil flows freely through

The turbo core and also is water cooled

1.5mm restrictor

1mm for ball bearing turbos

p-eeps will say its not needed but in the long run seal will last longer

yes but do you want a inline 1 for an hose or stock like banjo bolt restrictor ??

An3 hose/adapter wont need a restrictor and probs work out a bit cheaper. Plus an fittings look 'cool'
