ive recently picked up the starlet i used to see driving around my local area when i started driving, it really got me wanting one so i did i have had two glanzas over the years and i couldnt believe it when i saw the starlet i saw all those years ago on gumtree so i had to have it it was a bit of heart over head as it has not mot and a few bodged jobs on it but i couldnt help it and ill bring it back to its former glory the wheels and quite rare sparco ones i think and ive already started by fixing the lights and a few other things but i have big plans to just make it a tidy car i want to overhaul it bit by bit here it is :

thanks its a bit slow at the moment just collecting up parts changed all the front brakes couple of weeks ago for drilled and grooved disks , got to change the rear axle because somone changed the one thats on it for non abs one so the light comes on but ive got that now and also have all new suspension to fit next week so its getting the just going to take a little while

so i had a call from the guy i bought it from and he said he found a load of parts from it and i can come and get them in with all the bits where these optional extras there a bit manky but should clean up ive never seen the dash topper is this rare?

no that dash topper ant rare at all i will give you £20 for it lol

Yer I was happy thought would have been all rubbish, the armrest is horrible but ill recover the top and give it a good clean

Yup, those are both pretty rare parts. I'd kill for the center console armrest piece.

to be fair not that much optional or not there are in very poor condition thats just my 2c

bit of an update had a right pain of people sending wrong parts out that dont fit so bit delayed but so far its had full service, cam belt change,tided up the engine bay a bit still have to do the rocker cover,all new disks and pads,new rear axle,all new shocks and springs ive also have the arm rest recovered bought new bucket seats and interior carpet and few other bits just got to get round to fitting interior and new speedo cable for mot
