Callan
dude by the looks of it my dturbo will be sorted soon and il be getting insured on the gt...dont need 4efe power lol...id rather have 1.5 bar of boost and black smoke:Dyeah...well thanx you guys, youve persuaded me to keep the gt and wait until it comes closer to the time,i dont think in 2 years time i could part with the gt though
Starletraje
I put up with a 1.2 8v Punto for a year before I was able to get my GT and built up 1yr NCB. I've now had the GT for a year, so another years NCB. So today I'm 19 with 2NCB paying £830 fully comp for insurance. Just wait til you've got a couple years NCB/years of driving exp and insurance will go down and you'll be a better driver for it. End of.you just made me happy montana

Sparky
yo dude i voted for keeping the gt,a sapp will be minted and i can understand your luv for them but it would be silly pissing that much money on insurance up on one,k the longer you wait the cheaper it will be,you already have a potent enough starlet the now, just be more creative with that. . . .I totally agree

Bourkey
I had a 1.0l micra to build up my no claims. Was such a mega cool car (debatable i know). Im 22 now and have the no claims to drive the SR as it is now and it was worth the wait.Im gonna have as much fun as i can with this turbod SR then i may change when im 25.I've always wanted a kit car. Im buying a caterham or westfield kit car to build it up myself. I've always wanted to do it but im taking my time as i want to be able to afford it easily and enjoy it.Patience is the key my friend!!! ;)Bourkey
sx_turbo
i think if you want to spend 2800 on insurance you clearly have money to burn, and should perhaps see if actually burning it gives you more pleasure. Maybe you live in iraq or something but i pay 800 and im 22 and have all mods declared (alot). and i only have 1 years ncb.i wanna know how the fuck you managed to get it that cheap, i'm 22 with 2 years no claims, and cheapest i got was £1300, with all mods declared gt running about 200 @ fly.@ i got a qoute on a siera old skool cossie, and it was £1500 through gocompare.com, and i bet if i rang some specialists it would be cheaper and easier to insure than my gt, half because it's not an import. Mikey Jay
On the Le Mans trip Doug's 500bhp Sapphire Cosworth used less fuel than my Vitara, so can't be TOO bad
