Galliano Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 use a pinky (as standard colour) N/A and spend 3k on getting it looking like a glanza....it works for girls Quote

Sparky Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 There was a lush pink glanza for sale a while back, but it wasnt too pink if you know what I mean ;)In fact I posted it in the Yahoo and Autotrader finds section a while ago Quote
kaylee Posted August 8, 2008 Author Posted August 8, 2008 i think i seen it .. i saw a pink one on autotrader for like £5,500 a while ago, saved the pics of it for when i get mine (hopefully) Quote
Sparky Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Might be the same one, was like a pale pink with a Livesports kit Quote
gaz Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Gt black has kind of a metallic effect to it. Kind of subtle glittering in the sun. Quote
kaylee Posted August 8, 2008 Author Posted August 8, 2008 this the one you mean? i like it expect the indicators and wheels! Quote
tucka Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 black glanza's have a really nice glitter affect anyway in the paint work Quote
Sparky Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 The wheels are class ;)Thats the one Oh yea the metallic black looks class in the sunlight when polished up ;) Quote
Galliano Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 i dont like the wheels... i love em ;)i remember that pink.. its more of a mink tbh... it looks rather much like my neighbours merc. (the colour that is ;) ) Quote
minxy Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 I think its more worthwhile to spend what you woudl on paint on uprating parts. Much more fun to be had and doesn't make it look like a gashed up saxo Quote
MattyCD Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 Yeah money spent on paint could easily pay for an uprated Turbo and the like, Cars like Glanza's were made more for Speed than Looks, end of the day they ain't Ricers ;) Quote
paul w Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 Bugger to match right if it gets damaged too ;) Quote
nathy boy Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 yea that pink glanza is nice but it was at keightley trade. say no more. Quote
kaylee Posted August 10, 2008 Author Posted August 10, 2008 thats why i didnt want to get it done incase i bump it and need paint redoing.. il probley not get it done its just an idea, i just dont want to do it and regret it or not do it and regret it lol Quote
MattyCD Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 yea that pink glanza is nice but it was at keightley trade. say no more.Yup Keighley trade centre is so shit, i went to one of their showrooms last week to look at a Saxo VTR for £999, had mods like bucket seats etc and was absolutely fucked, had scratches all over front bumper, paint had like bubbled over on the driver side door frame. immaculate inside, but still a heap. MattyCD Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 ever think.. thats why it was 999 quid?saw another the same price that same day, just had a couple dents in the bonnet. Perfect compared Quote
ecksjay Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 if you get a CLEAN black glanza, tbh it's a nice colour anyway. the metallic effect really comes out if its clean and well polished/waxed, and it can look fantastic, i doubt you'll want/need to have it resprayed, will be alot of money just to customise it a little (and as you said, jeapardise being able to sell it in future). Scholar Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 Lol. Personally I wouldn't waste the money on a paint job if the paintwork is already good. I'd spend the money on upgrading the turbo. Quote

SpeedFreak Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 yea that pink glanza is nice but it was at keightley trade. say no more.I love how much people hate that place, yet they still sell really well! I got mine from Torque of Keighley which is ran by the same family and only had one problem with mine, which was spark plugs. They changed them for me there and then. My partner got his Evo3 for Keighley and the only issue he had was again spark plugs needed changing. Otherwise he had no problems.I personally wouldnt spray your car pink Josie, its not worth the money in my opinion. As said, it could end up looking chav-arse. Mines black, and once polished has a glitter sparkle to it anyways. (When I clean it that is!) Quote
