Guest Enzo Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 thats great man im happy wi that, that twat(akki) sold my mate jeff a motor, jeff travelled all the way down to pic it up and took it for a test drive, parted wi the money and on the way back he opened it up for hte first time to see it hitting fualcut and backfiring,cause of the problem akki switchin the aftermarket ecu for a standard one to make a fast buck, i spoke to akki and he refused point blank to acnowlage the problem and said that "it was running fine when i had it" so i thought fuck you!ontop of this the gearbox seized when he got it up the road and there are numerous other faults that came to light, so fars jeff has spent just over 1k putting the car right when it should have been sound from the start, initially i put it down to bad luck but in light of this im now considering suspending his accountso this is simple now to say dont buy off of akki Link to post Share on other sites

I was totally shocked what was wrong with it and its a disgrace how a fellow member could do that. all I hope is that matt gets his money back.and geo have a go at him on there aswell all the evidence the better and I think a ban on hear will suffice. on another note you get that txt I sent you last night dude?! It's too easy to buy shite, spray some black shit in the engine, and call it a 'Grade 4' or a 'fresh import' as most people wouldn't know where to start to look for accident damage or cars with obvious problems. The problem's then amplified, as people think they've got a good car, and then start spreading feedback, and then more shite gets purchased.I feel sorry for Matt, as I don't believe this will be resolved. It's just one of those things that's got to be put down to experience...
