major rant! tell me if im being racist or a c*nt coz ive had a few between this happening n me getting on here

basically at work weve had a new car that weve had to strip (the strip side involves removal of all interior pannels, exhaust and fuel tank and then modification of exhaust and rebuild of fuel tank in a new tank including modifications of original sender unit.) ive been putting in 13+ hour days to learn the exact specs and how to build the new tanks on the new car and have aced it better than the old boy whos been there 15+ years........but im now not allowed to build these tanks, or the tanks on the new car tht came before, which i also helped research and developement on because.... the bloke on my shift who is meant to do the same as me is fucking useless, he cant even strip a car without fucking every panel let alone build the fuel tanks without fucking them, so theyve stopped me building fuel tanks which i helped research and develope to eliminate the problems we had with them just so he cant pull the 'race card' on them, which i feel is a fucking pisstake (anyone who thinks im being racist please read on) basiccally the bloke on my shift fucks absolutely everything up and there has been numerous occasions where he has left dangerous situations (e.g brake pipes leaking fluid on the floor, fuel pipes leaking PETROL next to people welding, these are the most serious but there have been alot of other situations costing the company mony not just health and safty)

BUT every time he gets pulled up on something he pulls the 'racism' card and gets away with it so mine and 20+ other peoples safety is put at risk because the company are too fucking pussy to tell him he fucks up!!!

im sorry but i alone work next to a polish immigrant who has been in the country less than 3 years, 3 bays up from him is a fucking spot on guy from barbados, over he other side is a guy from lituania and one from russia, all do their jobs to perfection and there is no issues whatsoever from them or towards them...so english bloke who cant do is fucking job....regardless of skin colour??...discrimination???? please tell me if ive made mistakes here n im being a c*unt, n im sorry for the rant but at the end of the day im potentially losing my job because some1 cant unerstand theyhre not doing theirs properly

Thats fucking bollocks mate, I'm all for people using saying racism when there is actual racism going on, but that just takes the fucking PISS. talk to your manager(s), show them the work you do, compare to the fuck ups said guy has done, and tell them who'll bring in the most money or is worth paying.

If possible put everyone under Surveillance conditions if you feel so strongly about it, it may be a breach of privacy but its gonna provide evidence of how capable everyone is of doing their jobs and they can see where these dangerous errors are being made - could be under health and safety because it sounds like this guy really is putting others at risk? There's always 'one' person who people dont get on with at work regardless of race.

write a potition or a full on complaint saying about him being dangerouse

if work dont accept there responsibility for getting rid of a health and safety risk, find another job doing the same else where etc and leave, dont get held back because he want to float through life using the "is it cus i iz black" card (ali G special)

thas the problem, i would have left already if i could get a job even paying the same rate im on for my age, the company i work for is one of a handful in the uk that specialise in converting cars for wheelchair access so it offers alot of job security with the current economic crisis and very good pay (im 20 and earn £26k a year) this is why im so fucked off this bloke is putting my job at risk and management wont take any action against him and now theres a rumour tht im going to be pulled up for discriminiting against him because i wont talk to him other than a polite hello
