steering knocking help

hi my steering on my glanza 1996 knocks when turning right does any one have a idea what this could be many thanks

I'd say mor ethan likely CV joint but be careful cus i though that it turns out it is but its inner Cv so is munching chunks out of my box and generally not very nice

had this befor it was the brake line hose holder nocking on the side wheel arch

jack the car up do a full lock and see it anythink in touching rember to use stand's to hold the car up

If u have a ramp available it won't be hard to replace them.

U could find a set 2nd hand driveshafsts and replace the complete shaft, saves u alot of hassle

and if it's knocking when turning to the right, then it's the left cv joint

Finding second hand drive shafts can be interesting to say the least!

Personally, even though they are expensive-ish, i would buy new as if you buy second hand they could do the same in another month.

for future reference i just know i am gonna have to replace them within a year
