Basically ive been ripped off for £150 quid, by a fellow starlet modifier.

Bought a set of speedline alloys off a guy on ebay, and he has now done a runner with my money. Ive exahusted absolutly every single method i have of getting in touch, and its after the 45 day limit for me to claim the money from pay pal

Paypal should have let you cancel the payment, not put it on temporary hold?

If it is unclaimed, you have the right to cancel it, I did this last week because I sent to the wrong paypal address.

basically when i paid him for the wheels, i said it will be a few weeks before i get them lifted, i had planned on a mate lifing them on a run over to save cost. he told me there was absolutly no hurry on them cause they were at his mums house.

After a while i noticed the calls were goin unanswered, and not replying back. Eventually contact has become zero and it just happens to be after the paypal limit for lodging a complaint
