JackStar
Hi, ive sold the sportif turbo as i really wanted a GT, so i found this 1992 mk2 GT for sale within my price range, so i got it, i did have to travel 400miles each way to get it though, we started at 5am and got back around 9pm, but im happy with it.heres the spec:pipercross vector induction kit (front mount)Japspeed DecatJapspeed FMIC with mikalor clampsBurwash Alloy Rad Systec Pro FPRGreddy BCCHKS EVC 4A/C RemovedBlitz DD Dump ValveAutobahn Rad HosesMagnecore 8.5mm leadsNGK iridiums ht grade 7Tuning Developments Catch CanHKS ActuatorLegalis R ExhaustSPS Race coated in and out maniHID 10k CE approved Headlights CT9a has different ceramic exhaust wheel (modified before import)Custom Turbo oil feed with oil press sender teed in made by euro hydraulicsCustom made Earthing KitRoadrunner 5 puk brass paddle Clutch rated to 400bhp Valvoline Syn Power gearbox oilNew CV Joints not long agoDot 5.1 valvolineCeramic Red Stuff EBC's on front Cusco BMCSrear handbrake cables fittedTien Type HA fully adjustable coilovers Tein Adjustable Camber TopsClifford Concept 650 with proximity and cat 1 certRecaro Bucket Seats in front from Evo3OMP Steering WheelDigital oil pressure gaugeGreddy Boost GaugeRed and Blue Dash LightsTRD rear light strip modified and taken from a MK1Legal Tints all round, front are lighter to keep legalBonnet pinsI brought it as a non runner, as the big ends had gone, so i replaced those as soon as i could with a set of acl bearing, had it running by the next weekend, but then more was to follow as i did a compression test and found the cylinder 1-2 had only 80psi where as 3-4 had 170psi, so the head had to come off, and just i expected the head gasket had blown, so currently still a non runner as the heads away having a port and polish done to it, then got to send it of to get it skimmed. Hopfully it wont take much longer to get running again, ive also got some powerflex engine mounts coming for it too.whilst im waiting for the head to return im changing the gt glow badge back to original, as its got trd at the moment, but it will have a red glow rather than the green. JackStar
I have on my computer but my photobucket isnt working, those pics are from the sale post. Today I washed it, clayed it, polished it and waxed it, looks stunning.Jack
ste91
I'm on the lookout for a GT myself and don't particularly like black ones as they're so fucking common but seeing the black/red colour scheme makes me want a black one lol.Mind if I copy the red wheels

JackStar
The grill doesnt fit with the air filter, not to sure whether to make it fit or leave it as it is.front exits on sounds good with the window down, but nice and quiet inside with the window closed.Maybe looking for a mint front bumper soon, as mine been resprayed badly and i want to cut the fmic hole differently.Jack

JackStar
Will try, the bumper doesnt look very nice at the moment as i had to rush to get it finished, but its sounds good. Still cant fix my knock sensor problem tho, want to sort that before ragging it, just replaced the sensor today, £120 from toyota and it didnt fix it, its my own fault for not checking the wire properly 1st and just went for the sensor, so will have to that tomorrow.Jack
