cams from a turbo in to a n/a will not help you!

it "can" work the other way round though,n/a cams in a turbo, but only a mild improvement.

generally n/a engine's have a longer duration than turbo's.

5EFHE cams are only "slightly" better. You'd be better off first doing the basic breathing mods, then move onto headwork and fuel management.

cams from the 4e family are the same.

Im defo looking for some decent cams aswell, for the sake of 1mm the 5efhe ones are just not worth all the hastle and the gains look to be minimal with little proven results.

it's not all about lift!

duration is important, nut as i said before,n/a cams can/do have a longer wilder duration than turbo'd cars,so it would probably be a backward step for you?

maybe the starlets are different?

Npe 4E-FE,4E-FTE, 5E-FE all have the same cam spec

im not full of info on starlets yet mate so did'nt know that

from owning r5 gtt's i know that fitting a cam from a 1.4 campus in to a gt turbo is an improvement, but vice versa would'nt help at all.

thought it would be similar with these but obviously not.

why dont you get your cam re ground to a better spec?
