Japfest 2010

hiya all

i know UKSC has never done japfest before but as far as ive heard from other members it is an awesum show

im trying to get some kind of stand there and would really like every1s support

i know JAE is big on here and rob does an awesum job with that but this is in May so plenty of time to do both

the date is MAY 15th at CASTLE COOMBE RACE TRACK, WILTSHIRE ( http://www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk/ )

anyway here is the link for japfest- www.japfest.co.uk shows all pics and reports from last year and heres da info for this year-

stand cost- FREE (woop woop )

cost per person is £14.00

track cost is £35.00 for an individual run with other cars 15-20mins or for a club run 15-20mins again with up to 20 cars its £600 (oviously if we can get 20 cars to pay this could be a good option)

all money has to be in by march 7th to send to japfest on march 8th along with booking form for stand and track

its one car per person but you could always put a car in a passengers name

just wanna see if everyone would be up for this -the date for the show is may 15th and is at castle coombe wiltshire. if people wanted we could all meet at Leigh Delamere service station, Kington Saint Michael, Wiltshire SN14 6LB (its about 17 mins from japfest and is just a suggestion) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE EAST BOUND SIDE OF THE M4

And for the record, I am pretty sure the club ticket (£14) is actually cheaper than the normal gate ticket.

So your parking in a better safer place in the showground away from all the dickheads who could damage/break into your car and its cheaper

Plus its pretty good banter on the stands, dont matter if you think your cars rubbish, bang it on the stand its much safer

Gutted the GT wont be ready to rape the track again this year

I am aiming to be fully running and mapped by this show, ill not put my name down just yet until i see how my build folds out.

If im there then im 100% on track to test the car as this will be the first real track day i would think
