Got my Corolla Inlet - Paint/chrome/polish????

I got my manifold today from my work (staff discount he he)

i want to do something with it so it stands out in the engine bay but im not 100% sure on what

any ideas??

polish and chroming will be difficult on it because some of the areas on it will be hard to get to.

id suggest painting it.

buy some heat proof spray paint, easy n cheap!

does this fit straight on to a 4efe? also what power differences would it make?

Mines painted, doesnt need tobe heat resistant, its only an inlet mani.

Would be worried if my inlet manifold was getting hot enough to require heat proof spray paint!

And I agree with Scutch -- reckon it would be a bit hard to polish up because of all the little nooks and crannies though you could give it a shot! Would look pretty impressive!

I go with my first suggestion though! Powdercoat it! (if you wanna spend a few bob on it) Plus the guy down my way has loads of cool powder effects and colours -- you can get chrome effect for instance!

or, use an idea me and rick have come up with. shit in a bucket, mix it with loads of laquer, and paint. thats probably the most slag you're ever gonna get. shit paint. awesome.

you'll only make it more slag by painting it on with rocks or something.
