sam starlet
ITB'S would be awesome
Galliano
Remix front would look smart as hell with silver! That and try out some performance mods for the N/A and take it on a few track days?Geo is making a kit for the N/A's I believe, and theres also alot you can do cheap too, such as different injectors, throttle bodies etc.
Dan507
ITB'S would be awesomex2 buy chanelles! DO IT!!
ste91
5EFE Or sell the silly Celica and get a 4EFTE. Otherwise don't waste your money. On the other hand what about handling mods? Have you done the rear ARB? Anti lift kit? Coilovers? Brakes?
the-dalester
no, was thinking of maybe some coilovers and then doing a few performance kinda mods
Scott-EP
I think spacing the wheels out abit would make it look perfect in my opinion buddy
the-dalester
all 4? or just the back or front?, havent really thought about doing that before lol
james@cjperformance
why not get it ready to be used with 4efte as i take it that is the route you will go down at some point, as said above coileys brakes change the rear axles over roll cage. i would say get it handling as best as you can and braking well the when you are ready and can afford the insurance drop a 4efte in.you could however start building your own engine to put in when money allows which would give you plenty of time to pay for it all.dont really see the point lashing out money on mods on an n/a if you intend going down the turbo route at some point
Scott-EP
I'd say all four mate just in that picture they look like they could come out abit
the-dalester
yh i see what you mean but i might try and get as much power out of this engine without putting another one in, its not on high mileage so its worthy of modding
01sik
yeah mate i probly wouldn waste time and money on the engine if you are eventually goin to drop in the 4efte as said above do mods that dont come into play with the engine
Amjad
I was planning on modding my N/A more engine wise but don't see the point! Hence saving for an fte conversion If I was you I'd go for handling mods, ALK/Rear ARB FTW!
joel_ep91
just dont spend as much as i am on my n/a engine frig me tunning these thing is expensive just got my head back after 2 weeks of porting but yea dude 100% get it handling first
the-dalester
alright ill go for handling first then
steed
if you don't want a simple engine mod that'll work N/A engines and could be carried over to a turbo engine try the old tubular corolla manifold. dead simple to do as it's a straight swap.
