ste91 Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 You can get that sort of power @ 12psi on the CT9 but you will want to port the wastegate to reduce boost creep.As already mentioned, exhaust manifold and decat, air filter, adjustable actuator (turn it up to 11-12 psi, but remember fuel cut is at 12.5 psi so any bit of creep and you will be hitting it). It is possible to get 160ish bhp without touching the ECU but it's advisable to atleast get a piggyback such as Emanage Blue to make the most of it, and once you go past this point in power you'll need to upgrade the fuel management anyway so it's worth getting.Also if you were to upgrade the RX7 TMIC to a good FMIC you could turn the boost up to 1 bar and get around 180bhp on a good remap. RobSR Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 You could hit that at .8 bar matey you wouldn't need to touch the mani, just put a decat on there and an adjustable actuator and a Safc or similar to trim the fuelling. If you get a 2" decat it would hardly creep or even not creep atal aswell so you wouldn't have to worry about porting the turbo.In an ideal world for you tho you'd want this ontop of what you've got at the minManiDecatFmicRelocated filterAdjustable actuatorManagement (emb or something) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Quite97 Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 Hit 161 bhp and 184Nm the last time I was on the rolling road.Only fit a filterrelocation with K&N-filter, ARC-TMIC, zisco-mainfold and a custommade stainlesssteel exaust (2,5").Everything else is stock on the engine, also the actuator or the boost is untoucht.
