[UNANSWERED QUESTION] How to raise a ep91 bonnet

Im wanting to raise the bonnet on my ep91 so it stands out more, how do you do this?

do you simply add some washers onto the bolts or what?

i raised my black GT with longer bolts and washers and my white GT has proper raisers on it

both ways work fine mate so anything will do

will try with some washers tommorow and see what thats like but will probebly end up getting some proper raisers

ye deffinately, how many washers did you use per bolt roughly? just so i have an idea of how many to buy

Don't bother, it doesn't provide any cooling at all (unless the car is sat still).

i want it raised anyway so im gunna do it, whether it helps cool or not, i think it looks better

I have done it on my starlet looks good but you get pepole saying your bonnet is open,

got my bits from bnq cost me no more than 7 quid

if ya have the top mount intercooler in the shed. i used the 4 bolts off that and the rubber grommets off it as spacers. works a treat all for free
