5T4R7ET N/A Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 Anyone know how much power the exedy standard replacements can handle? can they take 180 bhp ? Quote
DavidAshton Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/STARLET-GLANZA-1-3T-...=item4ceb5bc062Im using this, sat taking 200 bhp daily with no issues. I think the need for an uprated clutch is highly over exaggerated on here. Ive had a paddle clutch, it failed and was awful to use daily. Quote
Blitz Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 arent there different levels of exeedy though? i thought they were a good clutch i havent had a problem with mine Quote
chris H Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Nissan use exedy clutches as standard in their cars (qashquai, note and juke) they're ok in my opinion, got a standard exedy one in my glanza Quote

Takes 1.2 bar on a ct9 daily. It will take 180 bhp no problem imo. Quote
