SiCaln Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 The car is perfectly fine all the time its cold, but once warmed up I see my oil pressure drop from 4 or 5 bar to 2 and sometimes even lower when im sitting on idle or brakingIs this an issue? Starlet__SR Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 Think you'll find that the oil pressure will be slightly higher when cold due to the oil being thicker, once its warmed up and more plyable, less pressure is needed for it to circulate. Any ideas guys thanksmine does the same buddy...its normal as far as ive been told. i was wrorried when i found that my car did it but apparently its normal!no need to wrorry.
