What would it take for a glanza to beat a focus rs mk1 with 320bhp just my mate has the focus and i rekon a glanza would beat it in a 1/4 mile race

for a 1/4 mile? not much tbh. a starlet with simple breathing mods and a bit more boost shouldnt have much trouble keeping with it.

different story when you throw some twisties into it tho!

I,d say you'd need at least 200hp to keep with a mk1 focus RS with 320hp

Managed to hold a new RS off the other day and I am probably running around 170hp and have a cracked manifold but they are alot bigger and heavier than the new one

My mate has a mk1 RS with 260hp. My glanza has 170 and the focus just has the edge.

Yeh 200hp should be about right to keep with it

disagree, my mate has a 340bhp mk1 focus rs

its stupidly quick along the straight (13 sec 1/4 mile) but he doesnt rate the handling compared to his ibiza cupra
