hill_bill10
mine does that a bit but only when the engine is cold :S
Foggy
You should have seen my old one. On a cold morning it was very bad.
Hou
Think it is fair to say it is new engine timethat is quite bad, get the cheapest 20-50w you can get and make sure it never gets to empty, other wise say byebye bottom end!The sad truth as well is that unless you can swap the engine yourself it might actually be cheaper to buy a new car lol
adz_sportif_turbo
do a comp test if ya can, should make things a little clearer. but if it missfires then yea i would say rings too lol
mech5107
If this happens only when cold, it's the stem seals. If when hot, it's the rings.I say, let it warm up, open the bonnet, pull the oil indicator out and rev the engine. If smoke pops out of the dipstick tube, it's definitively the rings. To be sure you could measure the compression.

So now I'm sure it's the rings. Gr lump of shit. Don't want the car anymore!
