ryan lang
is it a straight pipe or does it have a roll tip/lip on the end?
DavidAshton
I used some kind of epoxy resin to bond mine together when it kept popping off.
BoGlE
If the pipes dont have lips around the ends then they will blow off all time because the air will force itself round. If they dont have lips use a pair of pliers or mole grips to bend the edge all the way around the pipe to make it a tighter fir for the silicone
tez
its on a bendbut its straight then a little rolled bit then back to straight at the end.just seen that the mikalor doesnt tighten up and bends like a ovalgoing to get a couple new ones and try that!might just put a bit of resin round the outer lips too!thanks lads
GT Phayer
i used shit loads of super glue and activator and a heavy duty truck clip and its still solid after a year and a half lol
Taggy
This happened to be me for ages, the simple solution in addition to your mikalor clamps is of all things "Hairspray"As dull as it sounds it works, since using it on mine they havent come off once. The hairspray forms a super grippy surface with the metal pipe and it will NEVER blow offSo go get some of your mrs hair spray, spray on your pipe and hose, clamp on leave for a bit and jobs done, its the cheapest easiest way to do it, don't need to mess around bending pipes or using messy glue
