Johnboy GT
If you aint using them again then yeah grinder. Are you not supposed to slacken them first before taking them off the anti roll bar because now it doesnt have anything to react against. Could try a set of mole grips to grip it from turning aswell?John

QUADLIGHT GT
I used mole gripsive tried holding it with mole grips & undoing it with a 14mm spanner but the inner bit of the ring just spins freely ?? weird ?
GT Phayer
make sure your gripping the metal bit not the rubber should come undone

Amjad
Try gripping it in the middle of the link, where it's kind of an oval shape, but with two flat sides, kinda like this, but if you imagine the "=" sign is taller: (=)I think that's where I gripped it from! Using the adjustable mole grip thingy, adjusted it quite narrow so I could just about lock it into gripping it, it didn't spin then
