glanza_99
Hi, im hoping to get a glanza in the near future and i have a few questions...LINK - does this look like a good price? (obviously would need a proper look over). The garage also said for £500 extra it would have a 3year warranty. is this worth it?also, is there much difference for insurance quotes between starlet GTs and glanzas? I've done some quotes online but they only listed starlet so im hoping quotes will be about the same (i looked in the stamped insurance thread).cheers
Mikey Jay
A GT would be far easier to insure, as more insurers recognise them. But if you want a Glanza, go for it, you'll just have a pay a lilttle bit more
shelly_star
check this rude glanza outhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=110113133381
Mikey Jay
That's as mean as a very mean thing Unusual with the red on the spokes I likey, tis uber aggressive
shelly_star
i wouldn't mind a 225hp glanza:)http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1996-TOYOTA-GLANZA-S...1QQcmdZViewItem
glanza_99
they all look good but i dont want to end up with a car that constantly has problems, like my mates punto GT. Also i want to keep insurance down (20yrs old) 225bhp is tempting though
Stevie B
yes but remember, a starbo aint a punto!
SiCaln
reckon that 2nd link is a convert or had an accident because theyr using an n/a bumper
paul w
Are you local to gloucester then? Glanza can be awkward to insure so if you really want one you gotta shop around a lot.

shelly_star
any car you get will have a few problems, my mate got his GT and his handbrake cable was causing problems to pass mot, but thats fixed now. But think jap cars will have less problems than other make cars
