Just wondering was the £16 paid for entry tickets only? Do we all park together in main car park and only the ones with stand passes go to stand? I'm confused.

If you paid for a ticket from here, you will get a stand pass.. The 64 names above will be on the stand ;)

The money paid is for an entry ticket. Stand passes are free of charge everyone with an entry ticket will be supplied with a stand pass. So yeah you pay the £16 you get on the stand
