Work under pay me every month

Right here goes I'm a self employed doorman working for a security company. who I invoice every week. they have told us we get paid every 4 weeks on the first working day of every month but they fuck the wages up every month they have under paid me by £400 this month where do I stand legally. As I know there going to be compleat cocks about it. :-(

Always keep copies of your invoices for proof of what u have worked mate as daft as it sounds just keep badgering they can't get out of it if u have proof and keep an eye on it if this keeps happening I'm afraid it would probably be better to find another company to work for mate

I've worked for them for 2 years now mate. its only since they decied to pay us every 4 weeks it's happend every month for the last 6 months. going to loose my temper with them soon I want my money just messaged the boss waiting on a reply.

have u mentioned it before? i was under payed by my last job for all the overtime kept having to remind them and after a month they finaly got it sorted needless to say am with another company now.

My boss gets a phone call from me and prob 99% of every one who works there every month. takes the piss but the work is good and the lads I work with are ok. so don't really wanna leave but looks like im on the hunt for a new job soon.

they cut if off every 4 weeks and pay us 1st working day its all ball shit. Im making them give me the money they owe me today as i need it car needs mot and all sorts :-(
