What could cause bad MPG

I've only been getting 30mpg max , thats running in aswell! everything is standard

what mgp should i be seeing roughly when not driving hard?

Lambda ?

water temp sensor to ecu?

air charge temp?

jeese in min i was getting 33mpg if i was driving hard in the glanza im usually at 36mpg dad rolls 48-56 in the starlet give it a service?

lambda sensor. i had it when i rebuilt my engine, i broke the wire and didnt relise, i was only getting like 150 to a tank lol, changed the sensor, and it ran sweet

Haha worked mine out for the last tank 32.5mpg not too shabby for a weekend of ricing about heavily

short journeys? starlet over fuel standard and doin lots of short journey means that it will return low MPG.

also driving style, have a look at you boost gauge. if you cruising around and have it on 0 boost you got a heavy foot. the gauge will tell you how hard your accelerating.
