melon
Anyone tell me what the brightest headlight bulbs are or where you can get reasonable price HIDs? Don't know if it makes any difference for a square lamp?- know zilch about electric stuffs Gona fail my next MOT if theyre not brighter, the guy turned a blind eye this time and they don't light anything up anyway lol
StuDoc 72
Is it maybe due to your headlight lenses being cloudy rather than the bulbs being dull? A standard run of the mill headlight bulb wouldn't fail and MOT in a million year so sumthing is restricting the light.

melon
Yeah spent 30 mins polishing them whilst they did the rest of the mot. Must have a crack somewhere.
StuDoc 72
Hmm strange surely you dont need to worry about it until next year tho? Gives you plenty time to wait for someone breaking one and buy off them?
morgey
Im in the same boat with my car, the reflector which should be a shiney silver is now like a dull matt grey so my headlights are shocking Next thing on the list i supose lol

Socks
There old cars... The Material Wears off and they dont reflect light as well...New Lights or find some newer ones off another GT to purchase...Polishing the inside of them wont do anything
