Is it possible to fit 16x9" on a glanza?

Looking for a set of 16x7.5 front and 16x9 back. I know that it depends on the offset, but I'd just like to know is this even possible.

hard to say without knowing the offset mate

I think you would struggle to do this for any real benifit as you would really only be doing this for looks which i would guess would mean a low offset wheel. Considering most people struggle with an 8J ET10 a 9J wheel would have to be ET20-35 and will still need quite a bit of work and will always be a compromise.

A 9j at a reasonable offset it going to hit caliper, spring and probably bumper mounts points

A general rule for the starlets

6-7 you'll be ok

7 depends in the offset and tyre choice (probably arch work)

8 will require stretch and arch work (probably extended arches)

9s probably not gonna helm without serious work

Yeah, guesed that it might be quite impossible job to do. Found great calculator for offset:

That gives an idea how much more space the new wheels is going to need.

yeah but remeber the strut bit of the diagram is worthless

The strut shown in the diagram is for show only - Don't worry if the wheel looks like it fouls!
