What would it take to see 180bhp?

Hello all it's been a while since i have been on here. ive got my eye on a fairly stock Glanza, i was wondering what mods would i need to see the 190bhp mark. it already has a full exhaust system & a front mount on there, apart from that it's tottaly stock so say around 140bhp ? :-)

Depends how much you wanna spend tbh pal, to see 180+ id get an aiffilter relocation and get emanage blue and map too a bar should see a good reliable 180 +

If your a bit tight for money you can go fuel cut defender and risinig rate fuel pressure regulator and get it setup on a dyno, will see 180+ but the emanage would be nicer too drive and safer.

get externally gated mani, filter at the front, fmic, exhaust, plug and play ecu at 1.1bar on stock ecu. Will make that if engine is healthy. The if your gonna get a mani its worth going straigt to external to save any boost creep issues

Budget is around £500 matey. Forgot to add it also as relocated air filter on there.

Just found out is has:

Front mount intercooler

Relocated ait filter

Fully reconditoned ct9-b turbo/ actuator

Full japspeed exhaust system

Shouldnt need much more,

decat

ignition leads

good spark plugs and service etc

adjustable actuator

255 fuel pump

uprated exhaust manifold or ported oem

But its probably gonna start hitting fuel cut so you'll need some kinda management too.

EMB is a very good choice, lots of people run it. Can be bought and mapped for around the 500 quid + mark.

Maybe be a bit out of your price range but TD do the emanage blue, all harness' fitting and mapping for £550!! Bargain mate ;) but you would need a couple of other things before hand! I.e manifold, fuel pump
