I've just gone and got myself a white glanza. I can honestly say its awesome and i love every minute of driving it! it's not quite as fun as my mk2 escort but thats a bit too much fun for everyday use! I'm a massive old skool ford boy at heart but jap has always been a secret love affair, although this is my first jap car.

anyway onto the new vehicle!

i'm not 100% sure on whats been done to it but its got FMIC, HKS FCD, its on coilovers of some kind, mtt wheels, decat, all the usual stuff.

I do need some advice though, my passenger side cv knocks when i turn, whats the best idea? second hand driveshaft or brand spankers cv?

The guy i got it off was also good enough to give me the tubular manifold he had just got for it, so that'll be on soon.

Mine was knocking when i got mine i just replaced the cv and boost. Worked a treat after that.. and i mine was knocking like mad!

cheers guys yeah i think im just going to do the cv joint then its time for poly bushes all round, its got a paddle clutch aswell so launches are quite violent haha i heard you can get poly bushed engine mounts aswell? is that right?

and for those of you that like old cars..my mk2 escort, was a 1600 ghia but is now running a 1720 stage 3 x-flow

and this was what it did to itself the second day i had it! also the reason for the new engine

yeh defo his old car haha i sold him that, did he manage to get it welded in the end?

yeah its jacks, i got it from him haha! and yeah he got it welded the day before i went and got it off him so wasnt fitted. he's got an astra turbo now with boost issues
