Guest Enzo
straight after picking up my glanza i noticed that the temp needle doesent moove an awful lot,it ususaly spends most of its time sulking down on the needle stop, rarely it takes a change of fiath and slowly tours up to the halfway line but then falls right back down again, water ever this problem is i think its making me chew fual but i cant be be certain, as i couldent realy compare my mpg to another glanzait also makes the heater spuw out luke warm air, unless the needle is making a stab at working to the middle, can anyone shed some light on whats goin on and how to fix this? lobotomy
It'll also be fuelling for an engine "not up to temp" as it were.

SiCaln
might be a good time to get a TRD or updated one all helps to keep the engine ticking when u add other mods
Simon
Take it out mate see if it's open or closed should be closed when cold then put it in some close to boiling water and see if it opens.Simon
Guest Enzo
to tell you the truth i wouldent have a clue where to look on the engine to find it?
Simon
It's on the right hand side of the engine as you look at it mate the top water hose goes into the housing.Simon

trip
Could be it is not opening and closing as it should, if it was stuck closed then youd know if it was stuck open youd know also, or it could be a TRD stat which opens up at lower temps :sCheap as shite to replace though if something is wrong with it.
