Hairdryer, thumb rubbing and patience, then a good polish took us 3 hours per side but well worth it.

We also sprayed the adhesive with WD40 to try dissolve the 3m strip, also used Mr Sheen.

Google a caramel wheel or toffee wheel. Be careful with it though!

x2 on this one...

Can leave marks if any pressure is used tho that will need a buffing wheel to polish back out but by far the easiest way! Thats for sure!

I used a Stanley knife blade to CAREFULLY remove most of the glue then used sticky stuff remover from halfords and rubbed it off the a cloth then gave it a polish, be very carefully if you use a blades tho, it's too easy to mark the paint, and take your time don't rush it

the caramel wheel just wips it straight off. just make sure you get the rpm right from what ever your using to spin it.

White spirits arnt great. Asda have 'sticky stuff remover' it neutralises the adhesive and turns it to a goo that wipes off easily. No white spirits. Cellulose thinners maybe

What dan said.. Only a old creditcard instead of a stanleyknife

another one for the caramel wheel took 10-15min to take all of the bump strips off + clean and polish a 5dr ep
