Foggy
Its hard to tell the difference. Either ecu could be mapped for anything. Advantages are normally you can run a bar on a ct9 saftly.Disvantages are they cant be remapped if the ecu doesnt support your setup. Personally i think the ok on a ct9 turbo. But if you have long term plans and want big power. Then there a waste of money.
AdamB
No difference really. The blitz is supposed to be more aggressive on the ignition map.
Matt1878
No difference really. The blitz is supposed to be more aggressive on the ignition map.I have also heard this!
daniel_g
There is a pinned topic on P&P ECUs with good info, technical discussions, electronics. Cant link on my phone though. Its really personal preference which one you choose. They were all origionally mapped on cars with unknown setups and spec lists so its down to the induvidual ECU on how it performs
corofin12345
they are pretty much all the same and can run safely at 1bar on a ct9 or ct9 hybrid.... most of the ecus were designed to run with hybrid ct9's.. all the ecu's have their subtle differences tho.. i found the blitz access to be the best of the lot ive tested
Amjad
They can also fuel bigger turbos. Toffinator says his ECU fuels a TF035 (?) better than CT9
A L 3 X
My jam fuelled a td04 better than ct9, was unsure of the timing side of things however
The Toffinator
as above, my Ks Rom fuels my TF035 a hell of a lot better than my CT9
jordan walker
Ive just made 230.5 on td04 with a jam at 1 bar and the garage said it was fueling spot on.
Amjad
Niice! How's the economy?
jordan walker
I dont know if im honest but on my ct9 setup at 1 bar i was getting between 30-40 miles to a tenner but the td04 seems alot better for some reason :s and ive been booting it all over this last week ill do a little test and let you know
Amjad
Nice one! I've heard TD04 is better too, I'm constantly on boost in my CT9 and it likes to drink haha
jordan walker
Its wierd like i just expected it to be worse but so far it seems better haha more power, more mpg and more noise ... Td04 ftw lol
