Shaver plug

My girlfriend has an epilator with UK 2 round pin plug like this and it won't plug in European wall sockets. I was going to buy this adapter, but can you confirm, if this is the right one?

Description says it will work with 3 pin and 2 pin, so are all 2 pin plugs with round pins and 3 pin plugs with rectangle pins?
