My Story

It all started 8 years ago when my brother brought home a Toyota Starlet SR In moonstone Silver. S582 GBF was the reg. We have no photos as it was tiiimmmmeee ago. But as an 11 year old boy I wanted one.

Today 8 years later after none stop talking about them i have brought a black standard SR!!

I HATED THE PEE SHOOTER EXHAUST! Dans sexy VXR ^^^^

A few weeks later I then sourced an origional TTE Remus backbox of a Yaris. It was in a poor pitted condition but abit of elbow grease and metal polish got it sorted.

The guy sold it me for £20! QUIDS IN!! I took it to my local powerflow exhaust systems garage and he did a few modifications to the exhaust brakets.

For people who are thinking about fitting one from a yaris THEY DO FIT! however you must see a specialist or an aluminium welder.

Modifications to Exhaust needed:

- Silencer and rear pipe was chopped so an extention could be made.

( otherwise the exhaust would sit flush to the bumper and not show the TTE badge...... which is why you have one to show it off right ;) ???)

- Front bracket chopped nearest to chrome tip muffler.

(without this mod, the bracket would catch on the bumper and not allow it to fit at all)

- Like some exhausts.... The rubber bracket to keep it held on. It does move as its only rubber but dont be disheartend as its quite a firm rubber mount... you can move your muffler like 5 cm and it would stay in the same place.

Pic of it being done......
