Knocking when pulling off / changing gear

Not sure which section to post this in..

Basically i get alot of clutch judder which is making a knocking noise and feels horrible! What should i look at changing ? Also can bang when i change into the next gear and lift the clutch

Any suggestions on where to start?

Exhaust knocking somewhere at a guess.

Also sounds like you might be getting a fair amount of engine movement, might be worth renewing your engine mounts or uprating to some TRD or poly bushes

I had clutch judder on my old engine, this was caused by a leak on the rear crank oil seal leaking.

Check the mounts are actually tight haha, seen lots of loose bolts on mounts and it causes the noise you described.

Also, i bought a box from the last owner of your car so its prob been off fairly recently.

Chances are your rear gearbox mount is wanked mate. Go for a poly bushed one

Thanks guy i will check this over the weekend, i already have polybush mounts ill check the condition
