morgey
Exhaust knocking somewhere at a guess. Also sounds like you might be getting a fair amount of engine movement, might be worth renewing your engine mounts or uprating to some TRD or poly bushes
Chris Green
I had clutch judder on my old engine, this was caused by a leak on the rear crank oil seal leaking.
Starbo Moorley
drive shafts or an engine/gbox mount
daniel_g
Check the mounts are actually tight haha, seen lots of loose bolts on mounts and it causes the noise you described. Also, i bought a box from the last owner of your car so its prob been off fairly recently.
Browner
Chances are your rear gearbox mount is wanked mate. Go for a poly bushed one
