Help asap Actuator fitting

Have got it on now from what you said pulled it tight will try fit the turbo Tomos and idea the length of actuator length to get just under 0.8bar

Good to hear you got it on but I guess it'll be more like 1.1 bar now. :/ Propably someone has shortened it?

From a guide on the net it says 0.8 bar is around 123mm on the rod length so have tried to set it just before that

Will try fitting it again Tomos and hope for the best any things gotta be better then mine as its only hitting 0.5bar then dies off its proper wanked but still quicker then my mates stock glanza lol

Right I fitted the turbo and actuator tonight with the actuator fully lengthen as much as it will go I hit fuel cut instantly then had to extend it this much just to make it drive able

Still hitting fuel cut every now and then so need to source a hks actuator that's the actual right length then this one I got sold

What a pain in the tits mate. hope u get this sorted soon as dont want to be hittin fuel cut all the time or have to make brackets to extend it.

It's proper pissed me off but I'm shore will be worth the hassle, well I hope, all the other ones I've looked at have more threads then the one I got

Feck knows then mate dont think anyone would cut some of the threads off from the actutator!!.

All the others have about a inch and a half of threads mine has about half a inch so god knows what's goin on with it
