mysterious copper ring/washer any ideas?

Well guys i pulled my engine out to replace my crankshaft oil seal and timing belt and found this copper washer jammed behind the oil filter/pump casting and block any ideas inner diameter 28.1mm and 32.1mm outer diameter.

Is it one of the washers off the oil feed to the turbo maybe?

Thats for the big bolts that goes through the middle of the oil filter housing

Id say it was for the center bolt for the oil filter housing. I could be wrong but I think thats about the only thing that big.

Ok ill have a look tomorrow csnt say ive ever had it off other than when changing my oil filter but that doesnt involve undoing the large bolt you talk of.
