You might be ok if you change the resistor. Although finding out what resistance it should be is going to be tricky lol.

I wouldn't hold much hope if your gonna try and fix it pay some one who's a skilled electronics engineer not just some domestic sparky take it to a shop If I were you

Yeah its a plug and play ecu.

Spoke to a avionics electrician and there going to fit a new resister they seem to think it should be ok I hope so been wanting to use this ecu for a while

Did you not see the picture in the first post haha :p

Edit lol miss read. Just need to hope it's the same resistance as a stock ecu

Got to give changing the resistor a go, see if it does the trick. Just home the pcb tracks ok. And defo get the harness double checked

I would wait till its repaired, Have no idea what that resistor is for on the PCB but it could well be something important.
