Starlet-Joshy Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 I'd say auto glym tar remover stuff for the sticky stuff, seems to sort most things out, as for the Exaust Im not to sure Quote
Banbury Glanza Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Auto glym or auto smart tar and glue remover are both very good mate. As for the metal work get some autosol metal polish on it Quote
JordanEP91 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 I used just a tonic glue and tar remover very good stuff, I found it was harder to get it off with the heat gun just made it more sticky Quote
jake44 Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 tar remover for sticky stuff, auto sol or any other decent metal polish for the exhaust on a microfibre and really work it, if that doesnt quite bring it up enough, start with very fine grade wire wool on the worst areas Quote
kavan-k Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 For the nur spec and other metal, rub it down with sand paper and use autosol, mate did it to his nur spec and dump valve, came out like a mirror but took ages! Quote
Danb Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Get some 00 grade wire wool and decent metal polish like autosol. When your finished put some metal sealent on there (britemax metal twins are a great combo) or look at fk1000p too (great on alloys) Quote
