RobSR Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Get something that is mappable. an emanage ultimate is a good start if you spec isnt too mental. Quote
monty1991 Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Mine runs sweet with my zep easy on fuel an pulls hard on boost. Life begins at 5000rpm with it Quote
Addymk2 Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 (edited) Why dont you think its the best? What spec are you running? These are pretty damn rare is this the one I imported/sold on a couple of years ago? Also bear in mind that ECU is worth £550 all day long. Edited August 21, 2013 by Addymk2 Quote

Addymk2 Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 The Zeps are awesome for plug and plays. Have you ran a standard ECU in comparison? How much boost you running? Intriguing Quote
LooNy Posted August 22, 2013 Author Posted August 22, 2013 its running on 1.1 boost but is there a best ecu or alternative to zep Quote
Addymk2 Posted August 24, 2013 Posted August 24, 2013 (edited) Any other plug and play, although the Zeps one of the best. Custom mapping a your only way. Your car has a cracked manifold and crazy vac piping. No ECU in the world could fix that, I wouldn't blaim the ECU Edited August 24, 2013 by Addymk2 Quote
LooNy Posted August 27, 2013 Author Posted August 27, 2013 Could you send a picture or step by step on how to sort the piping out cuz it's shocking I know lol Quote
monty1991 Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 id remove the mani an buy a ported standard one, them toyosports crack an warp, and at the boost your runninng i doubt its in good condition lol as for your actuator plumbing, ya just need one pipe from the turbo nipple to your actuator, Quote
Addymk2 Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 Where abouts you from? It would be easier to do it than to do it via pictures lol Quote
LooNy Posted August 28, 2013 Author Posted August 28, 2013 I'm in bristol it's quite a way from Newbury lol Quote
