Chesh Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 Getting alot of smoke on overrun white/blue, i have swapped the turbo 3 times no imporvement,changed the pvc valve still nothing but if i block pvc i get smoke on idle and not on overrun any ideas Quote Link to post Share on other sites

H_D Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 is there any oil coming out of the breather?Does is smoke on startup?Have you done a compression/leak down test? If there is oil coming out of the breather then your piston rings/ringlands are fucked but a compression test should rule this out if the rusults are ok.If it usually smokes on startup, over run or when you move off from a standstill I would say its your valve stem seals or valve guides. Im getting oil from the breather not alot Compression test come back left to right 11 10 10 11 Bar No smoke on start up only on overrun I have oil sitting round the pvc valve tho Quote Link to post Share on other sites
