Mikey Jay Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 I wondered this when I got my car, and found out from another member.Is basically a half aircon type thing, runs the air con pump but not constantly like the A/C button would do, so cuts out when the car's cooled down inside, then comes on again as it starts to warn up again.(so yeah, therefore more economical aircon) Quote Link to post Share on other sites

shelly_star Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 It's sort of like economical, because it doesnt make the car rev up higher like the Aircon button does and that sucks some of your power of the performance, so Econ button sorta uses less fuel and also does the job of keeping the car cool inside on a hot day like Sicaln says. Get a can of stuff from halfrauds or similar to clean it,turn on air con with car running and let the can off. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
