Kaiak17
My alternator belt snapper and battery died, put a temporary belt on and jump started it, ran lumpy and cut out. Put a good battery in it and cranks absolutely fine but now there's no spark. Any ideas, really fucking me off as I have to have a car on the road at all times
mikey4410
sounds like you have knocked something round the battery area and its to do with the spark plug leads on coilpack feeds etc. thats all it can be in theory as thats all you have moved and or annoyed

Kaiak17
I tried changing the king HT lead, no difference, earth was loose by the strut straight from the battery. By that time I had ordered a coil pack and the battery was too flat to turn over properly. I cleaned the dizzy cap points and rotor arm. Hopefully once the battery is charged it should sart now the earths tightened
