Rob H@RCH Engineering
Sounds like they have set it up on the wrong timing marks to me, get them to recheck it they have probably used the 5e mark on the cam gear.

Ryan dempster
Checked timing and 4e marks all line up ok, before the car was left in it had launch controle amped into a e manage ultimate, this dosnot seem to be working ither, when driving car there's no throttle response, garage said when rebuilding inlet manifold back on they confused a coolant pipe into a breather on throttle body. Has anybody got a digram on the arrangement of pipes and vacuumes on throttle body?

Chris Green
Surely if the coolant and vac pipes were wrong, there would be white smoke. I'm guessing the launch control would work of the TPS, that would be an area to check, while your at the intake manifold. If your looking some to do the work for you, Jay would be the man. Jamie1st
Why did they have the inlet off to do the cam belt?
daniel_g
If they confused a VAC and coolant line on the throttle body thats bad news mate, basically runs water through the engine mixing it with the oil and you get a sump full of shite. Have they drained the oil & replaced the filter and ran it few times since ?
