spark plug gasket

Removing the 4 plastic plugs inside the cam cover, what's the best way to get them out...

Thats how its done lol mine where a little easier i think as i took my car out for a good run befor i removed them so the seals where nice and worm etc

Haha Broony your right there. Lol. Nah he's not that bad really

I hope it has Micky since the seals weren't cheap haha. It was leaking through the top seals but not flooding the plugs. It was seeping out where the HT leads seal to the cam cover. But the cars not been out very far since changing them needs a good run out with some spirited driving Sadly the weathers too crap for a decent run when the roads are clear on a night now it's starting to freeze out there
