There's centretainment retail park Sheffield. Few big places in Chesterfield that are car meet friendly.

a local saisburys closed down in leicester and the car park is still there.

local business use it all the time and there is lots of space for everyone.

That's a bit far for the hull lot

Yeah probably just leave this one for now and get one sorted for January? The hulloween cruise used to be at Humber bridge car park which would be an ok place to have a meet but it's not very central for the notts and derby lot. Me and Sam will be happy to come right down to you guys if that makes it easier?
