Yo guys, just wondering what size the festoon bulb is in a 97 sportif as i lost my old blown one ?? also anyone bought the LED colour bulbs off ebay and rate them at all?? cheers

The smd festoons do hold a bit of charge in them when not in use as I found out from previous use doesn't effect the battery at all really just dosent look clean and oem with a tong glow still there and if you find the festoon size can you let me know aswel I need one ASAP haha and you got one in your front interior light god knows what them type of bulbs are

They do not hold charge in them at all.thats not good.wether it doesnt drain battery or not thats not right and I woild get that looked at

As for upgrades to interior lighting u can get an smd tray with a multitude of fitments including festoon adaptor. Will link it now for you

I'll rephrase my comment I ment I have seen some witch hold a small amount I charge in then wen not in use but not in my acutaul car sorry

I've put a blue 9 smd festoon from eBay Hong Kong in mine (31mm) and it works perfectly. No problems at all

mine done exactly the same in 2 different cars , they still had a little glow when turned off , didn't affect anything
