TrisK
what do you need to know?
Ollieh17
1. Will my current short route intercooler pipe work as I understand you need to rotate the turbo? 2. I've heard the manifold etc may not fit with the standard efi pipe? 3. Is it a pretty simple/cheap job to have the screamer pipe unplumbed from the decat and welded up? Starbuck
1. You may need to adjust the short pipe a little to match the rotated turbo. 3. Speak to Dean RW he can advise. But its not that big a job.

asbo-v
And a rad ? Mine when straight on only modding was fmic as not top mount friendly and rad for a koyo one half size as stdard don't let you fit up leave the screemer as is
Ollieh17
My screamer isn't plumbed into the decat so should be able to modify it to work with the standard rad
Ollieh17
Did a search and didn't find much information on this. I understand I have to weld the internal wastegate in order to use the external one.Ideally i'd like to use a different method which meant i could resort back to stock setup. Seen in another thread you can buy special brackets like an actuator to hold it shut? Or could I just weld the wastegate control arm in place which would make the weld easier to break than the actual penny welded

I have heard of a bracket like you mentioned!
Ollieh17
got a pic of how its been welded?
Zeldoz
Check my thread, you may be able to see from when i took pictures before fitting it?
TurboTobz
If yoy wanna revert get the bracket can easily be sorced on google
Ollieh17
might be more effort to use a bracket than just welding and replacing the turbo after. As with the wepr kit the turbo has to be rotated
triple j
What I did was put a tak weld on the waste gate arm where the actuator arm sits on, get someone to hold it in the shut position and put a nice tak on between the moving parts, then when u want to go actuator all u need to do is run the hacksaw through the weld, if u want I will show a picture of mine, it's tidy and works well no need for a bracket.
