Dale SR
Anyone ever had one of these little cars,or know if there any good, they seem to be quite rare, i could only find a few for sale, first one seems to be very over priced. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-COROLLA-GTi-16-TWIN-CAM-WHITE-SHOWROOM-CONDITION-REAL-COLLECTORS-ITEM-/331103059235?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item4d1747bd23 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Corolla-GTI-E-Reg-GT-4AGE-FWD-Mark-2-AE82-Getting-Rare-AE92-GTI-/261385855466?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Car+Make%3AToyota%7CModel%3ACorolla+FX+Compact&hash=item3cdbcfa1ea
morgey
Only like 150 left on our roads I think. Brother had 1 on the road and I stole the engine Out his other one.Rust is a massive issue, starts under the skirts. 4age engines are pretty much solid. Suspension parts are easy to come by as they are interchangeable between ae92 upto the 2000 model ae111/zze111 The facelift 90-91 has Different patterned seats and a non tvis "hi-torque" 4age smallport engine which has much better mid range and produces 128hp rather than the tvis which is 122hp. kavan-k
Alot of guys here in ireland take the engines out of these and put them in their ae86 corollas because these wee cars are fwd and tend to have had much less abuse! Lovely car all the same!

Lovely car all the same!cheers for the comments guys, Ye 125 that's nuts hardly any left! thought the SR's were rare! am about to turn 21 so thinking of going for one of these instead of a Glanza or GT, however trying to find a decent one for a good price will be a challenge, they already have quite a bit of age on them. plus as you say rust is a massive issue! so maybe stick to the Glanza. kavan-k
Yeah two tone is a standard colour as far as I know, you will get red over black, silver over graphite, all white, white over black, and all black! All sexy lol
Hou
A mate runs ae92ownersclub.co.UK, you should find all you need on there
morgey
I've only seen blue over black in the UK. white, red, black, silver or grey. the older ae82's and the import gtz levin supercharged versions have more of a mixed scheme i think Edited January 29, 2014 by morgey
